Liberty Experience Q&A with Alexandra Lenus

Liberty Experience has been able to impact many lives in these trying times, through its many programs such as the just concluded Remote Stage, organized with Bellevue Di Monaco. These events feature partner artistes who are passionate about using music to impact lives.

We are happy to share the stories of these artists with you. And this week, we will be introducing a very unique voice on the Liberty Experience Q & A series – Alexandra Lenus.

QST 1: At what age did you start singing?
In fact, it’s hard for me to say how old I was when I started singing, because as far as I can remember, I was already trying to hit the first notes. But I do remember my first major performance. It was in the year 2000, in the small village where I come from. There, I was allowed to perform in front of the other students and their parents at my first day of school. I still remember the excitement to this day!

QST 2: How has LE helped you become a better musician?
Through Liberty Experience, I have had the opportunity to meet great artists, share my passion for music with other musicians and inspire each other. Liberty Experience has not only allowed us to get to know each other, but has given us the space to perform together and present our music at many events. All this in a very friendly community – an experience for which I am very grateful.

QST 3: How did you get to know about Liberty Experience?
One day a friend of mine spontaneously invited me to an open stage event. I remember him saying “Come over, I think you’ll like it”. And he was right – it was a great evening with a unique atmosphere. This evening, the journey with Liberty Experience started for me.

QST 4: What is the name of your favorite musician and song?
I am a big fan of Dua Lipa – I can listen to her songs for hours.  Her songs always make me want to dance and have a unique sound. She is a great artist, her last album even became the most streamed female album last year. Especially her song “Love Again” inspired me a lot – it took me a long time to stop listening to it on repeat.

QST 5: How has Liberty Experience helped you with your musical career?
On the one hand, Liberty Experience has given me the opportunity to meet other musicians and artists, to exchange ideas with each other and share a common passion. On the other hand, Liberty Experience has given me a space to present my own music at events and to develop myself as an artist.

QST 6: Where can people find your music?
You can find my music on all streaming platforms like Spotify, Amazon or Apple Music. There you can simply type in my name Alexandra Lenus and you’re ready to go.

QST 7: How does music support you?
I love the power of music. I always say that music, as one of the few things in this world, brings with it the magic to teleport us into a special world. Furthermore, music speaks a language that can be understood by everyone. In this way it gives us the possibility to share feelings with each other, even between strangers. That is what makes me very passionate about music – music doesn’t know any human borders.
