In our workshops, you will meet with employees of a company or organization virtually and exchange ideas on various topics. Participation in all workshops is free of charge and each workshop can be attended as often as desired.

Career Orientation & Counseling
Top international 🌎 experts talk about their personal career path. The main aim is to use individual (life) stories to give migrants inspiration and guidance for their own professional future in Germany. The migrants not only learn about the hurdles and successes that are possible, but also see what opportunities are open to them for their own future.
Job mentoring for career starters
Experienced professionals with international background give very specific tips and assistance on questions such as: How can I learn a new language more quickly? How do I write a resume and a letter of motivation? What is important in a personal job interview? Additionally, you will "practice" your interview during the workshop as a role play.
Personal Stories of Displaced People
Migrants have the opportunity to tell about their displacement from their home country and their subsequent resettlement in Germany. This is the most personal of the three workshops and its main aim is to create more awareness and understanding of the fates of migrants, to give them a voice and to make them more visible in society.
