Workshop on career advice to inspire refugees in Germany with Visit.org, Onsemi and Liberty Experience e. V

Liberty Experience, Visit.org, and OnSemi organized an impact-driven workshop on the 21st of October, 2021.  This is our first ever workshop on “Share Career Advice to Inspire Refugees in Germany” and it was pretty successful.

With the numerous challenges refugees face in their host community, it is our belief that with a solid career plan to increase their skills and employability, they can be better integrated into the society

This is why we organized this workshop to inspire these individuals to strategically pursue their dream careers amid challenging situations.

14 people attended in total – including 9 beneficiaries from Liberty Experience and 2 Onsemi employees.

Visti.org kicked off the session, with Kehinde introducing the organization and the agenda as usual. Kehinde then moderated a Q&A session by asking some prepared questions and afterward allowing questions to be asked spontaneously by the beneficiaries.

The conversations were rich and valuable and the event was insightful for refugees who look to build plans for a successful career.
