Leaving their country of origin is not a decision migrant, or refugees take lightly. This is exactly why these people are in dire need of all the support they can get when they get to their host countries.

With a goal of bringing opportunities for social integration and economic empowerment to migrants in the society using music, Liberty Experience has partnered with a network of artists.

This edition of the series showcases Charles Ogim, a Munich-based Saxophonist, and gospel musician. Let’s talk with Charles and hear how he’s been changing lives working with Liberty Experience.

Q1: How has Liberty Experience helped you with your musical career:
Liberty Experience has really helped me by providing me with access to several platforms and stages and the opportunity to learn more from people.

Q2: How does music support you: Music builds my motivation to get things done and to build other aspects of my life.

Q3: Do you (want to) earn money in the music industry: I already earn money with music. Yes, I would like to earn money with music. This is something I would love to do with Liberty Experience.

Q4: How did you get to know about Liberty Experience: I got to know about Liberty Experience through the founder Mr. Kehinde who is a very good friend and business partner.

Q5: Where can people find your music: Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Instagram, etc. On all streaming platforms worldwide.
