“Mentoring & Job Readiness” Workshop

 A mentor is an individual whose existing skills, knowledge, and experience have produced successful results in his/her career and life.As a refugee with little to no knowledge and experience of a company or industry, the guidance of a mentor can go a long way in helping you build relevant competencies and advance in your career.

A mentor can help an individual evaluate his or her skills and experience level, boost confidence and motivation to enter the industry, review his or her resume and cover letter for effectiveness and clarity, and finally learn about the job opportunities and other relevant resources.
This is why Liberty Experience in conjunction with Goodera and Snapchat organized a workshop to equip and educate the refugees in Munich, Germany.
