1. Join a local peaceful demonstration in your city

4. The Ukrainian Red Cross is providing medicine, bedding, food, mental health support, first aid lessons, and other direct assistance to people in Ukraine.
5. Voices of Children is a Ukraine-based aid organization that works with psychologists and is committed to helping children who are traumatized by war.
6. Revived Soldiers Ukraine is a nonprofit dedicated to assisting injured soldiers through rehabilitation.
7. Malteser International, a nonprofit based in Malta, has been collecting “everyday” supplies for Ukrainians who have been forced to flee their homes.
